Snowy and icy maths lesson

We've made the most of this cold snap to apply our maths and science skills to our icy snow. We compared depth and texture of the snow in different parts of the playground and looked at the rapid fall in temperature when we headed outside with a thermometer. We also brought some ice back inside and predicted how quickly it would melt.
